We live in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing world. Information comes at us constantly, along with decisions we never imagined.

We must be equipped with the ability to process it all. Thankfully we have a timeless resource to help us: the Bible. Although the Bible provides us with a variety of moral and ethical principles to guide our decision-making, the bulk of life’s situations aren’t so clearly outlined.

God-given wisdom is the key. The only wise God said that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of Him and He is capable and willing to give it to us. God always has the best goals for our lives and uses the best means to get us there. Wisdom, therefore, is the spiritual perception to see things from God’s perspective; the knowledge, skill, and character needed to live a godly and strategic life. We simply need God’s wisdom in every situation.
