About Bobo Beck

Work would be so simple if it wasn’t for all the people!

Bobo Beck is a visionary leader passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive. With a career spanning business, education, ministry, and international development, he brings a unique blend of wisdom, strategy, and heart to his work.

He is the founder of Ninety Twelve Group, where he equips leaders and entrepreneurs through coaching, consulting, and strategic planning. His work has helped launch initiatives like The Judson School, a community-based private school in Greenville, SC.

Through Wisdom Calling, Bobo empowers Christian professionals to navigate complexity with clarity, align purpose with practice, and move from insight to action. At the core of this work is The Wisdom Leadership Suite, which includes:

  • The Wisdom Lab – a personalized coaching and advisory experience.
  • The Wisdom Launch – a guided journey from idea to impact using the From Idea to Influence framework.
  • The Wisdom Collective – a vibrant community of leaders growing in wisdom together.

In addition, Bobo co-founded and serves as managing partner of SorenBeck Properties, a real estate investment firm in Philadelphia. He previously led Bobo Beck & Co., an award-winning real estate team within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. From 2019 to 2022, he earned the Chairman’s Circle Award, ranking in the top 1% of agents nationwide.

Bobo’s leadership journey includes founding Urban Imperative, a nonprofit organization focused on urban ministry, and Grace Seed, a grassroots development organization that supports small businesses and schools in Uganda, Zambia, and the Dominican Republic. He has traveled to over 40 countries.

Academically, Bobo holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Bible, a master’s in multicultural education, and a doctorate in educational leadership. He has also completed executive programs at several institutions, including those from the Ivy League. He currently lives in Greenville, South Carolina.

About Wisdom Calling

Our resources and engagements are not quick fixes. We’re not about tips, hacks, and trending techniques. And though we are building a community of like-minded professionals, we are not a networking group.

We are on a quest to search for and cultivate God-given wisdom. This journey is about re-orienting how we do life and work. It’s about growth, professionally and personally, from the inside out. We see wisdom as much about godly character than it is about external success. As such, we spend much time focusing on the care of our souls.

This growing community exists to help you think more critically about the many modern-day philosophies and practices we are surrounded with. The community further exists to help you to live strategically–the essence of what it means to be wise.
